10.30.08 – Concert Update!

Hey, Happy Halloween!!! We will be playing our next show at the Kinetic Playground, 1113 W. Lawrence in Chicago, on Thursday, Nov. 13th. There will be three bands playing that night, we will be the second band up. Music goes from about 10pm to about 3:30am! Hope to see you guys there, and help spread the word! Thanks

10.15.08 – Looking for people to be in our video!!

Hey guys, just to keep you posted, we have been in the studio for the past couple of months finishing up our album. Now we are in the process of taping a music video for the song Resurrection and are looking for people interested in being extras in the video during our live action shots. The shoot is planned for 2:00pm Sunday October 26th at the Kinetic Playground, across the street from the Aragon. 5.20.08 – “FREE SONG” League of Shadows says THANKS!!

5.10.08 – FaceBook campaign and Concert Info

We have begun to build a buzz online by launching our FaceBook and PureVolume campaigns! We just passed 100 fans and are looking to continue the growth. Spread the word to your friends and people you think would be interested. We also announced our show on June 7th at Club Mirage. Hope to see you all there!! Check out our Live page for details.

4.07.08 – Last One Standing music tournament

L. of S. will be at the Music Garage checking out the local talent at the “Last One Standing” tournament in the next few weeks. Come join us as we scope out what’s going on in the Chicago music scene. 3.23.08 – Demo release

Seeing as to it being Easter, with a name for the album like Resurrection, what better day to release the demo than today. You can get your copy with all of the artwork for free by signing up to be a member and then emailing us a request for it, and we will send you a hard copy of the demo in the mail. We will be at various locations and schools passing them out for the next few weeks. The demo features four songs on the album in full length and will be available with all of the artwork upon request. You can also download them from iTunes for $1 a piece by clicking on our MUSIC tab and following the links. If you know people who might like the tunes let them know to sign up at leagueofshadows.net and get their free copy today!! Thanks guys for the support, we appreciate it all.

01.07.08 – In the studio working on the Demo

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to everyone. We are at Parka Studios right outside of downtown Chicago recording our album. We plan on doing an early release featuring four songs off of the album Resurrection as a demo version. Hopefully it will be done by late March or early April. Be on the look out for the demo which will be available through our website upon request for free and available for download through iTunes. Thanks
